Heavy and Long Vehicle 

 

 A vehicle or trailer that is 7.5 metres long (or longer) 

 A vehicle or trailer that, together with any load, is 7.5 metres long (or longer) 

 A vehicle with a GVM of 4.5 tonnes (or more)
