1.10 - Risk to reward, trade planning & risk management

A good risk management plan can lead to profitability, even with a win rate below 50%dd

Always aim for a minimum of a 3:1 R:R trade

  • A cheap asset with a bad R:R is stupid
  • An overvalued asset with a good R:R is smart
  • Avoid big losses
  • Find a small amount of easily repeatable trades and repeat it over and over and over and over and over again
  • If you get a COMS before the target, it should still be treated as KING.
